The kit you're looking at is an oil-to-water cooler that installs between the block and the oil filter. There's no pump or compressor - not sure what made you think that. The oil flows through the cooler on the way to/from the filter, while coolant flows around it to transfer heat. It is specifically designed for an EJ-series engine. The different water pump outlet, the plug that goes into the block with a hose nipple on it, the hard heater hoses, brackets, etc are designed for an EJ, hence my comment that I think it would be risky to assume it would fit an EZ30R. I'd be willing to bet it won't fit.

I agree that oil coolers are good things, assuming the car is going to pushed in such a way that the additional cooling is necessary. For the EZ30R I think your only option is going to be an aftermarket setup. There have been a number of threads about oil cooler setups, so you should be able to find some good info here.
