It looks like you pinched the rim/bead protector between the rim and the curb?? If it is JUST the actual protector portion that is damaged, you should be just fine running the tire. If the sidewall is compromised, the tire is shot. Look very carefully at the inside of the sidewall in the area just below (towards the road) the damage spot and look for any signs of sidewall damage. It may be a slight color difference (lighter color). Also run your hand along the inside, and your other hand along the outside of the sidewall in that area (both hands over the same part of the tire at the same time. Sometimes you can feel slight differences this way that are difficult to see.
