With lean mixtures and tons of timing, I never saw over 1550 measured where the runners come together on the driver's manifold. I was really pushing the limits of the high RPM power on my TD04/2.0L and had 250 hp+ from 4700-7000 rpm.

When I first switched over, my EGT's were 100-200 cooler than gas at redline. I actually had problems building enough exhaust energy to maintain high boost pressures from 5000-6000 rpm and had to do quite a bit of tuning to get the lost power back.
