If you run a tire that is too wide or too narrow for the wheel, not rolling diameters and such.
driggity: I dont think that is right. The tire width and the wheel width should be totally dependant on each other while the sidewall percentage number ONLY effects outer diameter and revolutions per mile
I could be wrong though.
