EJ205's come with a forged crank and rods... just FYI on that
But he 207 doesn't have a cross drilled crank, which seems to be a good thing for higher RPM's and keeping your rod journals from being starved for oil
But yea, EJ205 pistons are nothing to get excited over, upgrading those is a great idea... and the EJ205 rods even being forged still leave some room for improvement as well
I really want a ver7 207... but I just picked up a 205 block in good shape for $100. Hopefully I will be able to find some 207 heads or get an extra set and have them worked....
