Default Misfire on hybrid engine

The fun never stops with this

Took my car to the dyno a week ago with the new turbo, drove up on spring pressure, all was well. Put it on the dyno, the second we tried anything other than spring pressure, it started misfiring to a dangerous level. Unfortunately thats all the info I have on it... Trying to figure out the cause

EJ22T bottom end (wiseco pistons)
V4 STI-RA heads
Stock exhaust manifold, ceramic coated
Ultimate Racing Upipe w/ Tial 44mm ewg
3" exhaust
TD06H-20G turbo
Coolingmist vari-cool meth injection
Link V14 ECM
STI Yellowtop injectors (not the problem, didnt come anywhere close to maxing them)
NGK PFR7B plugs

Made 215whp on spring pressure, same as what a stock STI makes on their dyno. The only thing thats changed since I made 240whp/270wtq is the 20G turbo and the ewg. Everything else is the same.

Ive got an Autronic SMC Im going to put in in place of the link, because my tuner says he should be able to do more for me with the added features like dwell control. I'm also putting in some PE850 injectors (using different fuel rails, of course)

I have a small problem with the oil control ring in cylinder 1, the car blows blue under heavy vacuum, but I have good compression, and there isn't so much oil that it's fouling the plug.

Anyone else have any thoughts on what could cause this, or what I can check for?
