No this won't bolt right up to a TMIC. It needs a Greddy Recirc kit to work or a Greddy to Subaru adapter to vent to atmosphere. If you want to vent to atmosphere you will need the anti-stall kit. FYI, this is an excellent BOV but it is very large and is a PITA to install on a TMIC. I had it on the Stock TMIC, but I could not for the life of me get it to work on the APS TMIC with recirc. Vent to Atmosphere this BOV will work on just about anything, but you need the greddy subaru adapter. Hope this helps.
