Yes this would fit, and yes you posted in the wrong area. If you go to the Conversions area you'll be able to ask for more info. The work to swap it is likely not worth the hassle unless you really want it. In which case....
GO FOR IT!. I personally like my EG33 in my SVX. I will aslo like my EZ30R in my GF. I would suggest going to
www.subaru-svx.net if you want to find SVX specifics though. NASIOC isn't known for too much dealing with SVX's. This thread is just one of those exceptions.
