I don't even know where the peak torque is actually. It's probably fairly low, it makes enough tourque down low to spin the tires pretty well. But I'd say it's 15-16 degrees there.
Keep in mind the tracks in my area are close to sea level. If you at high altitude it will be a lot slower.
