post your alignment numbers and inflation pressures used

it is also possible that not enough/too much negative camber is causing irregular wear on the inside/outside of the tire causing these issues

some tires are more prone to irregular wear and noise issues due to their design, but cupping/feather edge is usually an alignment issue and/or worn strut or some other suspension component and/or damage

check the strut tops to see if they are distressed in some way
