I don't really want to try some company's snake oil as a solution. Oil is designed to work by itself. They spend lots of time putting together additive packages. Mixing something with your oil can interfere with the additives designed into the oil. I'm not a chemist. I am not going to dump something in my motor that the oil was not designed to have mixed with it and assume it will work.
The diesel oil is designed to clean the engine better than regular oil with more detergents in its additive package. That's why I have been considering it. Chemists and chemical engineers have designed it to clean better than regular oils without having to had some magic bottle into it. That's why I thought it would be good for my situation.
