You could try an ECU reset, but I suspect you've probably already done that with all of the work you've already done! Disconnect your battery for a few hours then reconnect.
But I doubt that would help - that really sounds like a sensor problem.

You mentioned a new throttle body with 3 sensors. Which sensors were replaced?
