first your gonna want to claybar it, which if you do this just use normal car wash, if its before a detail i do OCW and mix in some meguiars APC, an use the foam gun to apply. Doing this you will not need to use dawn or a harsh cleaner to clean your paint.

i do werkstatt prime followed up by AJ trigger.
