You're definitely not alone..I checked my fluid at 100 miles & the dip stick was bone dry!! (yes, the engine was off & it was on flat level surface). I ended up putting a quart of lubricant (Pennzoil Gearplus SAE 80W-90 GL5) into it. I then called the dealer
& asked why they didn't prep the auto properly (at a minimum they should have checked all fluids). I also notified S.O.A. when I filled out my dealer satisfaction sheet the other day. Fortunately I checked this before putting any extensive mileage on the car.. Yes I called the dealer & they also said, maybe it was leaking..Well it's not leaking, it was just never properly filled & they were too lazy to check it before selling me the car.
