Turbo stuff is incredibly different hardware. I'm not sure how you figured anything would remotely work.
Just e-mail TWE about fitment. You're still on the older gen chassis, so I wouldn't expect much of a problem. Their 4-1 header is designed to bolt right up to the stock cat section. The TWE design is a compact design, so there had been clearance issues with changing parts of the oil pan and such through the years. I have no clue about the 2007 version. I think a quick e-mail or call to TWE could answer questions though.
Your other option is OBX, a lot cheaper price, cheaper build, but they're great bang for the buck. They are not designed to hook right up to your stock cat section but rather bypass it and hook up directly to the midpipe section after the cats. You would need a cat welded in after the header, either on the piece that contains the small resonator (just replace resonator with cat) or after if you want to keep the resonator.
