Torque spec is between 94 ft-lbs to 133 ft-lbs depending on which instruction you followed.

I cheated with the installation by cranking the engine with the coil unplugged. I won't really recommend this method as your car should be new enough that the bolt isn't ceased yet.
I also have the Group A crank pulley. Even though it is quite a bit lighter than stock I didn't felt any real gain (it is said the gain on a turbo is less than that of a NA car).
