ok ok ok lots of question let me start by saying first off I will gather interest which is the purpose of this thread. Second I will take my car down for testing mock up etc we will also get a 07 impreza for the same purposes once we confirm that fitment is universal we will go ahead with a test header collector sizes will be similar to exisiting header sizes. THe design will mirror the LGT/WRX header the OEM cat will be in the cross pipe section with o2 bungs for stock sensor location it will have the three bolt flange so it can bolt right up to stock locations Primaries should have ID of 1 7/8 inches collecting into one 2.5 inch collector. Think of a LGT/WRX stock manifold now put a cat in the cross pipe section with bungs adn angle the two bolt UP flange down with three bolts for stock fitment
