RomRaider allows the user to disable almost any of the CEL's from illuminating the dash light, however the CEL still occurs in the ECU, so if its something critical to engine function, it will make the necessary changes, like going into limp mode. Fortunately for the common header/HFC CEL (P0420), nothing is affected. So diabling the P0420 DTC will make it like it bever happened as far as the driver is concerened.
The earlier post by the OP said that the header design is going to "mirror" the LGT/WRX header design, so if that is true it will be very UEL. Which is unfortunate because a EL design that has nice quality welds and uses good stainless, at a price-point between the OBX and the TWE offerings, could be a great seller.
We know that EL is more efficient this header is for all the user that want the rumble and a change from the stock WE know that EL is better however the demand is for UEL on every site with N/A this is just an attempt to supply those people that want bolt on and not a RS header for the newer stock exhaust layout no need to flame me I know all that you are gonna say just save it not trying to say one is better than the other just IF YOU WOULD LIKE ONE EXPRESS YOUR INTREST if not shut the EFF up
