Default Transmission swap in a Baja? What would I need

Alright

So I'm having doubt on both 5speed Turbo baja's that I found for sale at a decent price.. one had a salvage title and the other one isn't the color/optiomilage/combo I really wanted.

How hard would it be to swap an Auto Turbo baja to a 5speed? I'm not talking how hard to do it physically but what parts need to be changed and do they have to come from a baja or some legacy GT parts could be used?

I'm guessing the tranny could be from a legacy GT. What about the Axels, drive shaft, rear diff, would the automatic ones be good with the 5speed tranny? Does the Automatic Turbo Baja also have the rear LSD?

Other parts I guess I'd need would also be a cluster, pedals, slave/master cylinder, ecu?

Thanks for your help
