Sorry to hear about that. The car may never be the same as before going through the water sorry to say.

You may have to go over most of the electrical connections under the hood at least and clean them. Check the main fuse panel under the hood for and signs of corrosion. Hopefully that will fix the wiring up but it may not. You might have to replace the main wire harness for the engine later on.
