Part numbers look right but you'll need a dipstick tube too, and not a a bad idea to replace the dipstick tube o-rings. The local hardware store should have these much cheaper than the factory pieces and they work just as well
Oh, and if you're going to keep the car for more than 30K miles after replacing the OEM pick up tube please beware of the failures that occur with this part. As you can imagine the results from such a failure are nearly always catostrophic. SEE PICS HERE.
