Im going to implement what you advised me to do first thing tomorrow the only problem is Im going to have to find some plugs because they foul out nearly everytime I run the car and the auto parts store has to order them
poop. That was a long post.

The bottom line was to return the car to stock condition (OE injectors and plugs), wire the wastegate open, and see if you can get it to run normally without boost. Then add the bigger injectors back in and retune. Make sure that once you get it tuned that you take it off of auto-tune as that will cause things to go whacky after a few weeks and weather condition changes. After you are confident that it runs well without boost, auto-tune it for boost and fine tune after the auto-tune gets you in the ballpark. I think one mistake EMU users make is that they rely on the auto-tune to completely shape the map and don't fine tune after the auto-tune gets you close. The other mistake is leaving it in auto-tune where the EMU will make drastic changes after a few weeks of running.
