Right, STAY AWAY from transferring points to BA from Avion card! One way transaction only, no getting them back onto my Avion now
Following on from my post, I spent about 2 hours on the phone with RBC Avion travel dept. and got the flights booked (excluding taxes, fees etc) with my remaining points, which I am thankful for
My advice, book it through RBC Avion, stay away from BA
The guy at BA told me that people book flights 12, 18 months + in advance, even if they do not want to use them and at the last moment, transfer the points to later or different flights. Given that the allocations available within BA for "miles" passenger are very limited, they go quickly, apparently.
Now ... back to your ****ting fellas
ps - one day one of my posts will actually be something useful and you will all **** on it, and then you will all miss out and I will laugh, LAUGH I tell you !!! All the way to the bank
