Default GC Kit and droop

Ok so I have my GC kit sitting at home waiting to go in and I'm reading about droop and GC's in the other thread. The setup I was going to run (mainly auto-x in ST) is:

koni inserts
wagon housings
TIC bump extenders in front
380 8" front springs
340 8" rear springs
GC front camber plates
group n rear tophats

I would like to keep ride heights about where they are now (RCE wagon springs). I remember the rear is 13.5-13.75", can't remember the front off the top of my head.

Will I have problems with the spring coming loose under full droop with this setup? If so, do i need helper springs at all 4 corners or just in the rear? If I am going to use helper springs, do I need to switch to a 7" spring or can my heights be accomplished with an 8" spring? Finally, if I am going to add helpers, are springs for different companies interchangable (Can I use hypercoil helpers with the Eibach main springs I have)?

I'm just trying to get this as sorted as I can before I throw it on the car.

Thanks.
