Maybe the tearing depends on angle of the shaft?
i dunno, the first 2 were torn at stock ride height, and were REALLY bad as far as the severity of the tear goes.
this is the first one i've torn with the newer suspension on (H&R's/KYB's), and it's *maybe* 1.5" lower...and the tear is a small hole, rather than a huge gash. if i were on the stock struts that get murdered by the H&R's, maybe i could see that being a more of an issue...
