As my 2010 speedo gauge is hard to read, the numbers are inside the dial and the needle sits on top... and the numbers did I say they are also SMALL?

Caution on the removal of the wire harness and the imobiliser key system it was mentioned in the book. Not sure if it would mean reprograming. Call the dealer first.
Move the steering wheel down all the way and if it is telescoping all the way towards the seat. Now Take a firm grip on the very edge of the whole outside gauge cluster. visor, and at the clock positions of 11, 1, 4, 7 pulling directly towards you, that is towards the seat, with all your four hands ( april fools ) work your way around.
It should unclip, it is held in place with yellow plastic clips, that attach to the visor.
Also the glass i.e. scratches VERY easily
