Swapped out my engine with a JDM. Both items came out of a 98 Forester.
Engine has 160k on it and was running. It was leaking oil from one of the cam seals (inner seal behind the camseal). Has been run low on oil a few times and is the reason I swapped it out. I've removed all sensors, intake and exaust manifolds, alt, PS, and AC (needed these item for my swap).
Tranny 4EAT possible bad clutch pack( I think that is what he said) or transfer duty solenoid. I did not try flushing the system to see if the binding would go away. No stub shafts.
