My buddy Jimmy (who does not get on the boards) is getting a 6spd swapped into his 03 Bugeye this week up at Benchmark Tuning. He is interested in selling it if someone wants to possibly rebuild it. Currently we think the syncro is out on 2nd gear, however we are not 100% sure. It seems to shift through all the gears fine and low speeds and will go into all the gears a higher speeds but second. There is also a little bit of a clicking noise when the clutch is pushed in. As soon as the problem arose the car was driven 2 miles home and than garaged until we took it by trailer to Benchmark this last Saturday.
The transmission is out of the car right now and he asked me to post it up to see if anyone was interested in it.
