Honestly I wouldn't consider going any further than 100mm if you plan on making more power. The more you take out of the bore, the weaker the liners will be.
Im not sure how else I can describe the hone, I am not a machinist. According to them, it was honed too aggressivly and never broke in properly and wore out the pistons and rings prematurely. I saw the cyl walls myself, and the hone marks were still quite deep after 30k miles, compared to my stock block that had 70k miles on it.

We are sticking with 100mm now. i found a thread where someone tried boring out a block more and around 103mm they started breaking through the liner.

I am suprised that the raw block started at 100mm.
