Yeah...lol. I want to gain weight but can't, so I hover between 150 and 153 @ 8-11% BF. I'm 5'9".
My current PRs on weightlifting:
Shoulder Press = 145
Push Press = 155
Push Jerk = 125 (It's a mental thing)
Weighted Pullups = 110
BP = 210
DL = 265
Back Squat = 195
Front Squat = 155
