That would take me the better part of 2 hrs to complete, I'd wager (not counting changing/showering/etc).
actually yeah that would take a while to do. That's one of the longer ones Ive seen in a while. What takes so long is when a workout has you working to your 1RM, and then do rounds with that and then something else.
