I can't openly discuss my issues with the Hydra EMS here on the boards. I know and like all the people associated with the product. Just ask the owners who have switched how they feel about the difference.
The Hydra has a LOT more PWM maps, inputs, outputs etc than the AEM. IMHO that isn't enough. That's all I have to say about that.
So, then in regards to this comment....
OP, what are your thoughts on Hydra?
I have always been a groupy of the system because of the ease of install and all the features it touts. However, this is the second time this week I have personally seen (read in this situation) a hardware failure that led to a switch to AEM. Now I am debated my future EMS purchase.
