So I don't have a pic of the inner fender but it's really easy to figure out. Jack up the car and pull the tire, look at where the spring sits into the strut and how close it is to the inner fender. Note the area that's prolly already scrubbed a bit, pull the strut all the way out (or just out of the way if you think you can get at the spot) and pound it out with your bfh of choice. Be careful not to punch through by spreading the love around the area.
I do have a pic of another area that I had to trim to make the tire fit because of the caster issues from the linger strut.
