Yes, you can use the existing lock cylinder and put the immobizer antena on the existing lock cylinder. You are going to need to get a key with an immobilizer chip in it cut to match your locks, they'll then have to program the key to match the ECU and immobizer. People have done this, it's a little pricey but you can do it.
