I made a little search and find PTFE Teflon to be used as fuel bladder. It is anti static and waterproof and can resist most chemicals. Are there any textile engineers here who can suggest me a good fabric to use as a fuel tank? Ethanols resistancy is important.
not sure that is meant to be inside an enclosed car. and why not a small custom metal can that fits in the tire well and hell, could even bolt up just like a spare tire. also, how are you planning on transferring fuel?
