looks very nice what size is the collector, appears to be 2.25?
End of next week is the plan. Tentative of course. Final diameter out is 2.5." it has a mini reverse megaphone on it that's a bit tough to see. Collector dia. is under wraps right now.

Thanks! And right on the cat part. It's a 304 piece that is modular. it can be set up to accept either a 200 cel street cat, 100 cel race cat or a test pipe. 2 02 sensor bungs, with one bung utilizing E.G. Flow Modification™ technology . Cat pipe will bolt up to any cat-back exhaust that fits like the stock one does, but it will be designed around the Moore Performance cat-back.

Thanks for the compliment. This can be custom built to spec. of course we won't be able to run group buys with different sizes unless we can get a number of commitments, but We're pretty flexible for those that want to go custom. For example, we have a customer that's going to try out turbo header with smaller dia. primaries. The only limitation is physical space. A big 2" or so setup with a supercharger =

Question about cat pipe answered above. As someone had mentioned, the straight nature of the cat pipe would make it an easy fab if someone wanted to do it, but yes, they will be offered at a discount with the header. Sound clips before and after, and hopefully some video will accompany the dyno charts.

Definitely not equal length, as someone brought up. The customer wanted it unequal - sacrificing some HP for what will hopefully be a decent growl. Equal length will be an option, however.

In terms of them wearing out or corroding? Springs are high-grade stainless, from the motorcycle industry; they should be good to go in harsh environments. Slip fits are slip fits - the expansion and creativity they afford (shallow merges mainly....hard to weld piping to a merge correctly if two pipes are in close proximity to one another) have a few trade-offs, but nothing too serious. N/a headers are being designed at this time with single slip fits. All of our turbo headers get double slip fits.
