Jake,

You can physically change the one piston. However, you have to take into consideration balance as well as the fact that if the skirt is worn, it had to be rubbing on something.

If your going to drop one piston, you will want to ball hone the wall. It should take off .0001-.0003. But now, that material has to go somewhere. And its looking like its home could be the crankcase and bearings.

Please be cautious, and do not make decisions because they accommodate financial situation. Its better to save and do things the proper way, especially when it comes to suby motor's. Ill see you next weekend, big suby meet down there. Ill bring your cable and we can all shoot the ish
