Default Cheap Crank Tool

Long story short, I was working on my 07 sti then my friend came with his 2000 Subaru Outback, 5-speed with a new crank pulley and bolt, I had made a tool that would fit the crank pulley on my car and when we were torquing it down my tool snapped.

Luckily I went to a tool store nearby and they had something that caught my eye, it said for use on cam gears but I gave it a try and it worked!

Here is a link to it on amazon.com:

I paid a little more, $10 to be exact but a good tool to have, never know when that next motor build is coming and of course no more having to use the poor crank bolts to provide the holding power and hoping they don't snap under the load.

Happy wrenching.
