That first link you posted is the "cut down" GT3071R I was referring to. Check out the turbine inlet diameter...56.5mm. This smaller inducer was necessary to get the GT30 wheel to fit in the wastegated GT28 housings.
The Garrett site's drop down menu is actually missing a link to the "normal" GT3071R. However you can find it on the products/turbochargers page. It has a 60mm turbine wheel, 84 trim just like all the other GT/GTX 30s. CHRA part numbers are 700177-22 and -23.
