Re check your mysubaru account. Your dealer scheduled maintenance may be different, but I've been on their tail about getting that fixed.

Click on the Manufacture Maintenance Schedule and see what it shows there (the 3,750 interval still shows up but when you click on it to expand it, they have removed the info from those slots).

If it's still wrong, scroll all the way down, click on "Contact Us" and change the category to "Website issues" and report the issue you are having.

You should have gotten the addendum in the mail and it should have this schedule in it:

The maximum interval is 7,500. That's final, however, your local dealer can "recommend" a shorter interval based on "prevailing local conditions".


Here's the response I got when I reported the problem for the third time:

Please know that the paragraph after this one, Jon, is not an excuse for the manufacturer's maintenance schedule tab is providing misinformation on your MySubaru site. There is absolutely no excuse for why that information has not been corrected. I have again notified (this time through my boss) our Marketing and IT Departments that this information is still incorrect. In my message to them, I advised that you contacted us in 9/2010 and again in 1/2011 with this concern.

You will never, ever be denied warranty coverage, Jon, because of the manufacturer's maintenance schedule tab not providing correct information. No Subaru dealer accesses an owner's MySubaru site to check on service history. Either maintenance services are performed at the dealership and the dealer would check their records. Or, the customer had maintenance services performed elsewhere and the customer would have to show paper copies of the maintenance services or parts purchases.

You perform maintenance services on your 2011 WRX as we recommend in the "Warranty and Maintenance" booklet suppliment you received and the emails we have communicated through, Jon, and you will not be denied warranty coverage because of a lack of proper maintenance.

I have one of our previous communications still open, Jon, so that I know to notify you when the MySubaru sites for 2011 turbo models is corrected for the manufacturer's maintenance tab.
