The feedback knock shown in the second log is from mashing the throttle - you can see how quickly you go WOT and how the feedback knock is present immediately after. That only represents one event (first line with -1.4) as the rest of it is just ramping the correction slowly back to zero. Generally, this type of correction is normal and difficult/impossible to tune out.
TD Boost Error tells you how close you are to the actual boost target. A map may be rated for a specific target but the actual target can potentially change based on altitude and for later cars, IAT. Positive TD boost error means you are under the target by that amount, while negative means you are over the target by that amount. For our OTS maps, we generally say you should be within +/- 1 psi of the peak boost target.
