Why is there only a 91 octane economy map vs using a 93 octane economy map? Wouldn't their be a benefit, you could run more timing and/or a leaner fuel map? Please no bashing on the economy map and why it doesn't work

I believe the key to getting better mpg would be to tune the car to allow more power at lower rpms to allow the car to reach traffic speed faster and with the least amount of throttle instead of merely limiting the amount of boost you can make. Now this is easier said than done with a low displacement low compression engine but I'd imagine that an AVCS motor might make things easier.
