I have no idea why a car designed off a rally car has such a huge front bumper overhang, but I now have a nice scuff under and on the edge of the front bumper lip. I have to believe they make something to protect this area, like a thin plate of carbon fiber, metal, or something. After looking under there the left and right sides are lower than the center, which didn't help the matter. Why is this area so far out past the front wheels, and so low to the ground? Why couldn't they make the lower 3 inches of the bodywork out of black plastic, then its just a simple replacement part, no painting. Either way my 2011 WRX with a 1000 miles on it, is now damaged, nice!
Do they make any protective scuff plates for this area?
