It says the recall will start in November, so they might not have been made aware, or the people you talked to haven't received the memo yet.
I'm just curious how it says to take my Saab to a Subaru dealer. Is that right? I don't mind, there's a Subaru dealer closer than the Saab dealer I bought my car from.
