Yes, TD boost error is (target boost - actual boost), so the closer you are to zero, the closer you are to the target. You will never be at exactly zero during your WOT run - you generally want to be within +/- 1 psi of your target or so.

Awesome thanks again for the input. I feel much better with the hwg map. My car pulls harder and haven't seen any overboosting
