So my wife had the new non-surgical Adiana procedure done about a month ago. Two more months and we're all clear.
Adiana is two tiny silicon matrix beads that are inserted via my favorite orifice into each of the fallopian tubes; occlusion within three months in 99% of insertions and a hypoallergenic material (unlike Essure which can cause metal-allergic reactions).
I want to say our copay was a couple hundred dollars. Well worth it to avoid surgery for either of us.
