The item "Boost Pressure Actual, psi" looks to be the absolute manifold pressure. The "Manifold Relative Pressure" is your boost.
The 20.5psi peak that you saw from the boost gauge, is that a "peak hold" value that you recall with a button? Could be from a boost spike between shifts.
The stock turbo will drop off in boost at higher rpm.
After peak boost, ignition advance, in general, will increase with rpm.
