I had the same problem and I just fixed it this past weekend. It was that the hose clamps under the turbo inlet were at least 3 turns loose. I then tightened them up and went away for a bit then the other side started to leak. The only way to fix it is to pull the the intake and replace all the rubber hose for the fuel line and double up the fuel line clamps. Plus while you are in there; there is no reason not to do the TGV delete and maybe put on a aftermarket turbo inlet. It is just an extremely poor design on Subarus part.
