As for power application, go look under proven power bragging at the various recent 1.5xtr tunes. Read carefully b/c what you will find is that while my turbo had issues, it was also tuned on a stock block and lower boost levels with a full weight car vs. a build motor, much higher boost levels and one can only guess how much more aggressive timing (lots of speculation
