I have been reading for hours on nitrous installs on our cars the general concensus is that the 2.5 rs clutch can redily hold a 40 shot, but there have been problems holding a 55 shot or higher.
I am seriously considering the ZEX kit for our car and I was wondering if anyone has documented detuning the nozzel or retro fitting a nitrous express 40 shot nozzel. anyone shed any lite on this?
Also I have already ordered a A/F meter to monitor mixtures, I was wondering how peoples experince have been in running the ZEX 55 shot with a stock fuel system. Does it run pretty well rich when you are spraying? and I would like to invest in a EGT but they are quite expensive and difficult considering the exhaust manifold modification that has to be done. IS there a way to monotor exhaust temp any other way? I like to be as educated as possible before I make a decision.
